Today was the second day for haka waiata performances. Today each house performed infront of primary schools. Each house wished to put on the best performance possible for these students.

Learn To Speak Shona - Lesson One
Kupakwashe is from Zimbabwae and speaks Shona. In the video below she teaches Laura a few phrases in Shona. Watch the video below to learn how to say hello, thank-you, how are you and few other useful phrases in Shona.

Haka Waiata - Dress Rehearsal
Today the whole school had a dress rehearsal for haka waiata. Every house put on a great show. The talent of some students is outstanding. Go calliope, achilles, leander and orpheus!

EOTC - Day 3 - Ice Skating
Today rooms 1,8, 9, 11, 12 and 16 went ice-skating. The students had an awesome time at the ice rink. Some students even had a barefoot race on the ice! It was great to see students helping each other up when they fell over and helping each other around the ice rink. The students have had a fantastic 3 days of EOTC thanks to the teachers, support staff and each other.

EOTC - Day 2 - Wave Pools
Today rooms 1, 8 and 9 went to the Mt Albert Wave pools. The students had a fantastic time at the pools. The students enjoyed the hydra slide, waves, lap pools, rubber tyres and the bombing platform. A great and enjoyable day was had by all. Some of the teachers even went swimming!

EOTC - Day 1 - Kiwi Valley Farm
Today rooms 1, 8 and 9 went to Kiwi Valley Farm in Henderson. The students had a fun and wonderful day. The students got to feed the animals, pet the animals, go for a horse ride and get lost in a maze.
